Week 5: It’s communication time - MARK, OFFER & MAND

Writer: Gochee LabsGochee Labs

. Puppies are learning to have a working relationship with humans. What manding teaches is that human presence means sit, not jump. At this stage it doesn’t matter what the puppies are doing. You are teaching that a soft, sweet YES equals a food reward. It’s classical conditioning, or puppy sign language. Did you know: A calm puppy is learned behavior? Not climbing on people is too. We strongly encourage new puppy families who want to continue where we leave off, to invest in the Puppy Culture DVD series. You simply can't piece together the extent of information there is to learn from the 1 minute clips we share to keep you updated on their progress. The content gleened from 6 to 12 weeks and beyond is priceless.

Dilutes are known for skin and organ issues.  Because we care about the long-term health of the puppies we produce, we only support the ethical breeding of Labradors in the traditional colors of black, yellows (ranging from ivory to fox-red), and chocolates (from light to dark).  Dilutes and dilute carriers are not acceptable for our breeding program.
ALL of our dogs are Dilute Free.
